We were tired of waiting for 1 month for a reply from an appliance repair "hero", and after seeing many negative reviews of that company's poor customer service, we decided to seek an alternate repair company. Galaxy actually answered their phone unlike most other companies and scheduled for Monday afternoon, which I was thrilled with. But then they called back a few hours later to say they had time to come the same day. Robert, the repairman, not only checked out the dryer, but repaired it within one hour! He was phenomenal, even offering to clean up after himself. Galaxy is based in Berkeley and repairs appliances, furnaces, HVAC and more. We will be referring to our neighbors for sure! |
