| J Rauser | I would give the no star if possible!!!!! American Home Shield sent Ricks to repair my condo washer dryer & after over a year clothes still come out damp when in dryer over an hour. Ricks reported to American that work order complete appliance in working order. It is NOT. The last guy that came out even said he doesn't now why they sent him out on his day off. There is nothing else he can do & would let them know. He saw there was an item in the dry & I a was able to give him the time it went in the dryer & he didn't know why it wasn't drying correctly. So how can the work order be complete if item is still not working right. Why is Ricks reporting this when it is a false statement. |
