Jorge from Allen & Sons is great! He came out to fix our refrigerator within 2 hours of me calling. Unlike other services I've used he didn't require a payment just to come and look. He quickly made the repair and came back 2x on subsequent days to check that all was fine. Overall I'm really happy with the service and price. I highly recommend and will certainly use them in the future.

Making an appointment was handled professionally and courteously. A couple days later, they called to explain the very expensive repair costs, given the machine's error code. That allowed me to make an informed decision to replace or repair. I appreciated that, as a person of less integrity may have taken advantage of me. Thanks

From the telephone appointment to the whole repair experience with Alex I couldn't be more satisfied. He was a clear communicator, punctual and courteous. His estimate and final price was 25 less than the other company! He checked the stove, went to get the part, came back promptly, fixed the problem, and repaired a couple of issues that my renters had caused in their attempt to fix it. He worked quietly and efficiently, but did not hesitate to explain things to me when I asked. I will definitely call this company again in the future!
