He came over and made a temporary repair to our infuser that kept our heating going for the interim. He showed me what was wrong with my infuser, and gave me a honest and fair assessment of what needed to be done as a permanent fix. He ordered the part and then came over a few evenings later to install the part, even though it was well into the evening. The price for the labor and part was more than fair. We are good to go now. I couldn't be happier with the service. I definitely recommend! |
