In my case, the dryer model that I wanted was actually available for inspection in this store, and I was given the same price as advertised by Best Buy. The delivery was prompt and the installation was efficient. I did have to call the store to check on the status of my order and then of the delivery date/time, but in the end it all worked out well for me. The AG store is neat and spacious inside; however, the potholes in the driveway to the parking lot did not inspire confidence. |
Andrew McGraw | Horrible communication. I waited around for an appointment that was cancelled and I was not notified by Ruffoni's. They are trying to place the blame with the landlord when I know for a fact that this was their mistake and rather than apologize, all I got was attitude and that I could take it up with my landlord and then was hung up on. Customer service sucks. |
