We contacted them to visit one of our customers to perform a very simple removal / installation task for one of our pieces of equipment. It took nearly two weeks to get their service tech on site. The job done but later the store called us to complain that the unit was leaking. We called back and it has taken another couple of weeks to get someone back to the location. Calling several times to get status and confirmation results in no confirmation, satisfaction or confidence that this will progress. Very frustrating and disappointing. |
