Okay....Clean the bugs from my computer does not mean to put in a whole new updated hard drive. This included hardware that was not needed, more bugs and programs that I did not recognize. 150.00. Ouch. Another 150.00 to fix his fix. different computer repair shop My computer survived. Updated hardware removed, new hard drive he installed. Oh, I forgot. Don't tell him he did anything wrong if you want to keep your hearing. He will tell you to go ahead and take him to court...He will win. This is the second review I've posted. The first one conveniently disappeared. |

I forgot his name but he said we should upgrade to something called an sdd drive and let me tell you it was even faster then the day we bought it, to be honest I don't understand how this is even possible but that's what happened.
