I asked to have them come around after work, which is around 3:30 p.m. I was shocked and stunned to find out they won't schedule that late. I've never run into this. Apparently they only service the appliances of those who don't work or can be home between 12:00 -3:00. So if you can't fit into the narrow scheduling slots- THIS is NOT the company for you. WOW, where has customer service gone? Didn't feel I was being too unreasonable... Guess they don't need business. |
