| Jessica Abiecunas | I called this company to repair an ice maker at one of my work locations, and the office staff appeared to be polite at first. DO NOT BE FOOLED. When the repair man was supposed to show up, he did not and they never called to let us know they would not be arriving. When I rescheduled the office staff was mildly rude. When he did finally show up it was several hours before the predicted arrival time and the repair man was EXTREMELY rude to not only my boss, but to the staff at the location as well. He kept cutting her off and yelling at her and saying he could not wait 2 minutes for someone to arrive at the location. All the while our staff was already there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you enjoy being disrespected, and charged for NO WORK. They did not complete any service for us and still charged just to show up. By far the worst service I have ever had. |
