Brett Franklin | What a joke, no one is ever on the same page, no communication, you'll pay on your account and still get a call, you call and set up a promise to pay on a certain date , and they still call and harass you this place has had like four different general managers in a three year period, no wonder |
ashley henn | Store sent out furniture that smelled like cat urine it took them a week to come and pick it up. Also when I called to see if they would air up our riding mower tire they told me that fell on my responsibilities while still paying for it. No wonder things get sent back! Half if what they sale ends up not being able to be used or is so warn out and smells so bad it's impossible to sit on it. As a matter of fact the washer and drier I was purchasing the washer broke and they was unable to fix it so now I have an unmatching set. You would think there would be some service to the items they are selling but there isnt. |
Paige Catt | I have never stepped foot in this place but it sure is not calling my name. While in Walnut Ridge during business last week, I observed two obvious employees standing at the front door...smoking! One even had the door open a few inches. Who wants to walk through a cloud of smoke to go in? So unprofessional! |
