Great service. I had a problem with my fridge. He diagnosed it right away. Went and got a part and had it fixed within an hour. Very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

I contacted them to check my refrigerator that was not cooling nor freezing. The guy came out and said all it needed was Freon. He put in the Freon. 5 days passed and the refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing. I called them again because they included a 1 year warranty for parts and labor with the repair. The guy came back to my house and Added more Freon but did not fix the leak because he didn't have a “sniffer” with him at the moment. So he added the Freon knowing it was a matter of time before it would leak out again and has not came back as he promised to completely fix the issue. I've tried calling and texting him for about 3 weeks & He has ignored my calls and texts.So I tried contacting him with a different cell phone today to see if he would answer and he did. He has arranged to come by this Wednesday to fix this problem, so this is now pending whether he will come and fix this or not. I will update this review with the outcome.Update: the repair guy came back to my house and said he needed to order a part in order to completely fix the issue. He said it could take 2 days or 10 days for him to receive the part. Several days passed, no call no word from him. I requested a refund and thankfully he refunded us the full amount after 2 months of waiting on him, I guess it was the least he could do. I won't be calling them if I ever have an issue with my appliances so i don't waste my time again .

River Valley repaired my refrigerator. They diagnosed my problem and had my appliance back up and running in less than half an hour. Price was very reasonable and the results fantastic. I would definitely use again. Call with confidence!
