I had the worst experience ever with this company. The guys came out and told me that my unit was only set up to run off a 900 thermostat and that I had to buy that before they could even tell me why my house wasn't cooling. When I told them I couldn't afford it, they offered a payment arrangement. When I told them no thank you, then they told me they may have a used old thermostat at the warehouse that would work. Also said they could rewire my unit to take a cheaper thermostat but it would be an additional 375 other than the 84.76 I already paid for them to come and look at my thermostat. Immediately called someone else and 3 days later, the man called and told me he found the cheaper thermostat. He never even looked at my unit. Worst service ever. Then my card was charged twice and the lady in the office informed me that they did not know it was paid. What kinda business is this? Never ever use them. They are horrible!!!

I saw his truck on westbound I-40 at 5:45 PM about 5 miles from Texarkana, and he was driving like a total a-hole. He was speeding, swerving, tailgating people until he got off just inside the AR border. . I hope this doesn't reflect the attitude he has towards his customers.
