Bought a refrigerator and Albert said it was guaranteed. Just a couple days later, it would not get cold and he told us a couple times he was going to come out to fix it and never showed up. The tenants waited for him. We offered to pay for the repair even though he said it was guaranteed and he still never returned texts or calls. Lost our business as well as others we know that have rentals. Thought we found someone who was honest. Will tell everyone to never use this guy. The tenants said roaches also came out from the refrigerator which was not cool.

I initially called another local company to come repair our oven and washing machine. I had told them when I would be available day and time to meet them to have them repair the appliances. The day before I got a call that indicated they would be here mid to late morning. Not what I requested or they confirmed when I first called. I called to ask them to correct their time - no can do - our repairs are done on a geographical location and this is when we will be in your area. No... I can't be there at that time please correct it. So I cancelled after calling 1st AR Appliance who agreed they would be here when I would be here. Albert and James were very friendly and told me exactly what needed to be done - and at a lesser rate than the other company quoted. I now have them in my contacts list in case I need them again - and will certainly recommend them to others.

Albert and his crew are great people and they got my refrigerator working again.
