They are top notch in my book even though I haven't used them because of the fact that I called and talked to someone about the problem I was having with my washing machine, and I was told by the person that they would speak to the service man and then call me back the next day. The next day the lady called me and said that she had talked with the service man and told him everything that I had described that it was doing, and he said that he would say based on the information that I gave them that it was most likely the bearings for the tub were going out. He said that he has seen a lot of them that fit the description of what I had said it was doing and he was really sure that would be the problem. He said that he would come to the house and check it out if I wanted to pay 60 for a service call, but he really felt like I would be paying him to come to the house and tell me the same thing and the decision was up to me to make. To me the fact that he was honest up front and said that based on his experience that it was going to be a problem that was not cost efficient to try and fix, but he would let me decide if I wanted to have him come to the house and most likely tell me the same thing, or not have to pay 60 for a service call is the mark of an honest and dependable company. Because my experience in life has been that many companies know the same thing as him from their past work, but they will not say a word about it until they get to your house and charge you for the service call. I will say that any time that I am in need of an appliance repair Isom's Appliance Repair will be the first place that I call. |
