| Tracie Green White | DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SEARS!!!!!!!! I have never left an online bad review before, but it has now been 37 days without a washing machine I purchased in July 2018. I decided to purchase an extended warranty and the warranty/repair people are useless. First, they ordered the wrong part. Then the second part took 10 days to come in and they cancelled an appointment without telling us. Whenever we call the repair phone number, it reaches a call center that is obviously not in the United States. They give us an appointment 10 days out. They are useless!!! They send texts for a return appointment - 2 different dates - and then say they never sent it. Now they say they will be out in 6 days. By then it will have been 43 DAYS WITHOUT A WASHING MACHINE!!!!!! Never ever purchase anything from Sears. The local Sears refuses to help. I have never been this upset about a purchase. I'm am going to post this on every listing or review I can find. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SEARS!!!!!!!! |
| Larry Gusan | Small store with limited selection. Associates are dressed casually, which is ok, but it's hard to tell they work there without a name tag or company shirt. Not a lot of product knowledge in my experience. Clean and fair pricing though. |
