| Clint and Joy Ballard | I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday for an appointment the following Wednesday. Spent 45 mins explaining the issue, texted pictures of the broken pieces, was told they would special order the replacement parts. Wednesday I called to doubled check their arrival time and it all fell apart. My appointment wasn't on the books, no the parts hadn't been ordered, so let's reschedule...name, phone number, address...oh wait...we don't go that far. So I've now waited a whole week more, I'm no closer to getting help they offered, and they won't follow through with the scheduled help. Not impressed! |
