Appliance Repair by Sears Hometown Store in Nashville, Arkansas

Bought zero turn mower from Sears and had it delivered to Sears hometown at Nashville, AR. Service was worst ever. Went to pick up on day it came in at 4 pm showed delivered early morning, Chatted Sears said yes I could pick up with my order confirmation email was informed no one was there to load it I would have to wait and maybe it would be ready tomorrow. He said it just got there at 1. Which was a lie cause I seen it was delivered when I checked at 10 am. Later that night I got email saying my order was ready for pick up. So went back next morning at 11 am and was informed my mower had a flat tire and would have to be fixed by local business to come back in 30 minutes and also bring some gas, cause we didn't buy it from them they would not supply gas to load on trailer. Came back after purchasing gas can and gas and the man was just leaving with tire. Been well over 30 min We waited for him to bring tire back. When he returned he informed us the tire would not be ready untill later in the afternoon. Wasn't too happy about this and told the owner so and he informed us that we did not buy it from him so he wasn't jumping out his butt to help us. So we left and went to tire repair and the tire was ready but they had to put a tube in it cause tire is ruined. So get back to Sears with tire and owner informed us worker was on lunch it would be awhile. My husband put tire on himself and loaded mower. I asked for Sears to replace the tire and they said someone would be contacting me in 24 to 72 hours by email. Still waiting and that was the 23 of May. Did not have to show any identification or do any paperwork.

Nashville, Arkansas Sears Hometown Store has great customer service. Joyce helped us so much with getting our treadmill warranty replacement and all the details worked out. It was so much easier and closer than trying to deal with the nearest "big city" Sears store. Thanks Nashville, Arkansas Sears Hometown Store!
