| Donna Newberry | LG sent them out to look at my washer. He was very nice at that time. We had to wait for one of the parts that was On back order. When it came in they put us off another day or two to come out to fix it. When he opened up the part LG had sent the wrong part. He should have looked st the part when it came in to make sure it was the right one. So we had to wait again for the part to be overnighted. That was on a Friday so it was Monday before it came in. We called Tuesday morning to see if they was coming and they said they MIGHT be there that evening. We told them we thought they should be there that morning since we had been waiting over a month and they said we weren't the only customer they had. If they keep acting like this we might be. |
