| Erica J | This is not a local appliance company in Marion Arkansas. Despite supposedly having an address here. Was told by the technician they are a company that is not local and they send out technicians to you. This is not an honest practice. They specifically told me they were local. Instead they sent a very unprofessional technician from Mississippi to service my refrigerator and it took 2 months to get an ice maker replaced and not getting my handle replaced. Technician would answer the phone and say he would call me back and never did. I had to keep calling and he did nothing. Then I called the owner of the company and he came out himself to do the repair on the ice maker but it took him 3 weeks to tell me the handle mechanism that broke couldn't be replaced. Will not be using the so called “Marion” Appliance Repair again. |
