| Mary Catherine Carpenter | This company is so disorganized and not reliable. I called in an insurance claim and it was assigned to this company. I tried calling for 2 days and the line was always busy. They did not call me until 3 days later and wanted to come out to my house in the middle of the night on short notice. It was so sketchy... and why couldn't you call earlier to make an appointment?? Do you not have a calendar? People have jobs and need to plan. And they said because my claim was for a refrigerator that it was "low priority." Its a low priority that people have to EAT?! Excuse me?!?! The lady said that she could maybe squeeze me in the following morning and I have yet to hear from them. And shocker, the phone number is still not working. HORRIBLE customer service skills!! |
