I've used this company several times and found them to always be courteous, competent, and attentive. Their service is fast and not too expensive. I started using them through a warranty company but will continue to do so after the warranty expires. Highly recommend!!!

They are soo accommodating. I was in a crunch having a big get together and they rearranged their schedule and even worked late to get my refrigerator going. Blake is great, friendly and professional. You can tell he is so excited to build his business and please his customers !

I understand that our oven went out around the holidays, but it was very frustrating being the one who reached out to them regarding status of claim, scheduling, updates, etc. Their communication was poor. I probably would have given them a 3, but the most disappointing thing was the VERY unprofessional co-owner femaleI forget her name. She was RUDE. She had an attitude upon answering the phone and didn't take responsibility for the company's lack of communication. It's called customer service for a reason.
