He initially came out and said the problem didn't exist. Later, after we got another opinion from an HVAC company that actually knows what they're doing, Aaron came back out. We were told that this would be taken care of. The same problem happens and suddenly he's nowhere to be found. So now I'm sitting in my BRAND NEW house with a non-functioning BRAND NEW AC sitting outside because they don't care enough to do their job properly.
