Great reps came to work on our commercial HVAC unit. Polite, informative, and worked through all the problems we had with older equipment. We will definitely continue to use them.

Set an apt for Thursday morning at 8 am. On Thursday they called at 4 pm and said if I wanted them to come out today it would be time in a half. I set another apt for 8 am on Friday morning. They got their at 10 am. They came out to repair my oven. The guy spent the whole time on the phone arguing with a female. Then they charged me buy the hour for him to argue with the female. They got it up and running but it was making the same noise as it did before it went down the first time. I told them about the noise. He said if I had any more problems to call him. It quit again that night. I called him back, he said it would be time in a half because it was the weaken now. I told him I am trying to run a business and I need my ovens to be working or I have to close my doors. He showed up Sunday at 5.00 pm worked on it for 2 hours and said he would have to order a part. It finally got fixed on Monday at 5:00 pm. I have been in the restaurant business for 20 years. I have never had to close my doors. I was closed for 5 days because Denver Refrigeration couldn't get the job done. Then they charged me for THREE SEPARATE BILLS, ALL AT TIME IN A HALF.
