| Tanya Hall | i will start with one positive, the technician was courteous and professional, answered all my questions BUT failed to check for freon leak,, just checked it and said it was low, even after i advised him i had freon put in 3 months ago. As a result of this error, i now have to replace the entire unit as the freon line burst with the added pressure of more freon and with the freon gone and oil everywhere it now has to be replaced. When i called the office, the receptionist comment was" we're sorry", no offer to repair, no offer of refund on the service call. I did find out i paid almost double the cost for freon than others charge. This company seems to be money driven, not customer driven. I guess when you have the volume they have losing one or two customers is not a big deal. i will not recommend this company to anyone, and in case some people don't read reviews, i will post this same review on social media |
| Almost Home Houseboat Rentals | We have used Middleton Heat & Air for 10+ years for our Houseboats in Hot Springs and our home in Little Rock. Although we have not had to use them at our home with the exception of maintenance very much but we have had to use them a lot with our Houseboats. I would not ever use anyone other than Middleton Heat & Air. Dependable, fast, knowledge and above all very pleasant to work with. That includes office staff and technicians. Can't say enough good things about them. They are the best. |
