We have had excellent service over the past 6 years for all 9 of our appliances purchased from Sears for a new home. Only one "bummer" in the works....and that was when Sears used Dish TV repair guys for a short while. When Sears hires their own, they are top-of-the-line. Great service and a fantastic arrangement as far as we are concerned. |

| Howard S | The repair of our dishwasher took far too long. First tech came to the house quickly 2 days. He ordered a part, another tech came in 2 weeks to install. This tech was unable to repair because another part needed to be ordered. Another 2 weeks, then the first tech came back and repaired. The was zero since of urgency on behalf of the people with Sears when I called. Basically, they have an attitude of not carrying about the needs of the customer. This repair was covered by the extended care policy that I purchased. End result....doubtful I will buy from Sears again. |
