| Tawana West | If I could give a minus rating, I would! My washer had a spin problem. It would wash just fine, and would spin, but came unbalanced easily. After the repair man came, I put in a load of towels. Now the washer will not wash nor spin. Water comes in, but never stops, and the washer does nothing else. We couldn't even turn it off to stop it. We had to turn it off at the breaker box. When I called Sears to get the repairman back, they told me it would be a week before they could send someone, and there would be an additional charge of 94 for someone to come fix the problem that their repairman caused. We have a Sears Whole House Warranty that was very expensive. Bad investment on our part. I would never call Sears again if I had another option. They are not responsive at all and inept at repairs. |
