This is a very poorly run company and seemingly not very knowledgeable. We had a dryer fixed under a Lowe's contract and repair process started approximately 2-3 months ago. The service tech showed up briefly, assessed the situation and took our account of the problem. He then promptly left and said he would order the parts. We did not hear anything for weeks. I called and had a pleasurable conversation with someone about how the parts from Samsung can take a while to receive. I had a renewed spirit that was growing weary due to the lack of any communication. However, it was another few weeks before we heard anything else. I then received a phone call that the parts were in and they were ready to repair. This is several weeks, over a month of no communication. I give them a time to come and evidently this was not official enough because I get a call three weeks later explaining they need to get this completed or the Lowe's ticket would be closed. We were on vacation the day of the call and I started returning the call within two days when we arrived back home. I called the office at least 5 times I believe more and left at least three voicemails over the next several days not wanting to leave one each time and seem annoying. I even called back the service tech phone which went to voicemail each time and left him voicemails. This was over a 2-3 week period starting before Christmas. About 2 days ago Jan 3rd ish I had a voicemail that stated they showed up, my daughters let them in which is totally fine, two are over 18 and they are all responsible, when they came he couldn't say and supposedly fixed the dryer. This whole process has been about 3 months. My daughters said he was there about 10-15 minutes, not near enough time to replace three parts and it is still broken in the same manner. I am not sure they replaced anything. There was no phone call the saying they came, there was not a follow up call nor did anyone ever return my calls to say they were coming. This was a horrible experience for such a minor repair.
