They return calls and communicate well. One of the other businesses I called kept telling me they were too busy to talk to me but they'd call me back, and they never did. This was after I called them twice! Zero stars for those guys! Harold was the technician who assessed our oven and made the repairs, and he was very knowledgable, professional and pleasant.
