| DEBRA MCCOY | Victor, the Sears contract technician and his assistant were AWESOME!!!! The 5 stars are for Victor and his assistant. If I could have talked to Victor before he came to service our GE washer, it would have saved a lot of mine and my husbands stress and frustrations. BUT you have to call the toll free number to get started. I had called 3 different times and I also chatted with a staff member; I got 4 different answers. We had waited 8 days without a washer and were told because the part was not shipped that we would have to wait another week for the part then call to reschedule the service appointment. So our original service date was Sept 5, 2019 and the part will be delivered Sept 10, 2019. Our Sept 5th service appointment was never cancelled and had received 2 emails after that stating our service appointment was still Sept 5th. So Victor came and looked at the other 2 parts that were delivered and told us all the parts were in the box. Victor saved the day!!!! The rating I will give to the people I talked to and chatted with is one-half of a star. I am SO DISAPPOINTED with the customer service department on the phone and the person I chatted with!!!!!!!! |
