| Gary Stout | Their friendly is all I can say. The first time out was for a faulty thermostat which they didn't replace until they got the okay. The next time out the Air Conditioner was making a strange sound on startup n I said it sounded like a bearing going. The Tech said there was nothing he could do except let it do what it's gonna do. Few weeks later during triple digit heat the unit stops. Seems the noise was causing a vibration that cut the Freon line. Then the unit we were told was new wasn't, it was over ten years old. They replace the unit, took four guys n we've had it about a WEEK n set at 77 when while we are in bed I hear this dripping noise. I get up to find the ceiling bulging down n dripping water. My guess is the condenser drain tube is clogged. So we called the Property Mgr who says there's nothing that can be done now, hopefully they can send someone out tomorrow. Just be thankful it's not triple digit heat. |
