I was employed at Varitech for 11 years. We took pride in every sevice call and know that tradition stands today. Quality service company that cares about their customers.

I Worked at as a service technician for two years here and never thought the company was ripping anyone off or being unfair with charges. The owners and all of my coworkers were friendly and knowledgeable. If a restaurant owner in Tucson asked, I would recommend Varitech. Also their rates and charges are very standard in the industry. Anywhere much lower and you are probably not getting very professional service.

I just want to say from the outside looking in on all these "bad" reviews, it is very obvious and apparent that these reviews all stem from one individual who originally felt they had an issue. I just called and spoke with a woman named Karen who was very pleasant and very helpful. It's a shame that some people feel the need to bash others, it's even more of a shame that the person inciting the bashing is a local Tucson business owner. Thanks for the great attitude Karen- it is very much appreciated!
