Just replaced a 25 year old dying refrigerator. Sales person was wonderful making sure we only chose one that they had in stock, that it fit our space as well as our needs. Arranged for next day delivery. Installers called with a 2 hour window and arrived early. Could not be more pleased. This store is local with amazing people at all levels.

Love supporting local business and they make it easy to do - helpful staff that aren't just trying to sell you the most expensive items, fantastic prices that are competitive with local big box stores. We live in a more rural area and delivery fees were less than big box store. Have bought all of our appliances here.

We go into Christie's on Ft Lowell, tell Jonathan what we need and he gives us best options and explains pros and cons. We've learned to value his advice. Christies sell appliances they are allowed to service. Mike in repairs knows what he is doing and calls if there is a delay. We could not be happier.

Earlier today, when my wife was home alone, we received a new gas oven, a microwave, and a 3 door fridge. Upon delivery they found that the freezer door broke off. Yes, broke off. Instead of offering to replace the fridge, she was told that it'll take around 2 weeks for us to receive a replacement handle. She was excited to get a new fridge after having appliances for +15 years so she agreed to wait. Obviously the company took advantage of my wife and didn't offer to replace a defective fridge. This evening, around 9:30, I tried to open the fridge doors and BOTH handles broke off... yes both broke off. I've NEVER heard of refrigerator handles breaking off. I'm shocked that Christie's would willingly deliver a totally defective product. I'm sort of afraid to try the microwave and gas oven. Obviously, since they didn't offer to replace the fridge, we'll be advocates to encourage our friends and family to shop elsewhere. Photo attached.

AMAZING Customer Service!!! 3 weeks ago my Whirlpool front loader washer quit working. I called a local company from phonebook. It took 1 week and 3 more phone calls just to set up an appointment. They came out and said we needed new Mother board that would cost us over 600 after Labor. My husband called Christie's Appliances and the very next day they called him back and set up appointment for today at 11am. Our technician was named Frank. He was polite, friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. Within a half hour he fixed it. Turns out it was only the Pressure Switch and costed less than 150.00!!!! Unbelievable! We will never use anyone but Christie's Appliances. They are Honest! And when we do need a new appliance we will be buying it from Christie's Appliances

Great service and knowledgeable staff. In business since the 50s they are obviously doing it right. We like our appliances and the service after the sale. Delivery and install was flawless and the employees showed extraordinary care and respect to our home. They took every precautionary measure to insure nothing in our home or on our new items were damaged in anyway. 5 stars all the way.
