Leopoldo was excellent. He arrived when he had said he would and more than that, he clearly knew his job and exactly what needed to be done. He had our ice machine replaced quickly and was very informative about what and why it needed to be done. We would not hesitate to recommend Leopoldo or ATS to friends and family. We will definitely be using ATS and request Leopoldo in the future should the need arise.

Leopoldo came to our home to fix our refrigerator. based on the problem I described to Melinda, Leopoldo came with the correct replacement part. He worked efficiently and explained everything he was doing. He clearly had extensive knowledge and experience. He cleaned up the work area nicely. It was a pleasure to have Leopoldo come. It is also a great pleasure to have our refrigerator working perfectly again. The two times I spoke with Melinda, she was pleasant and efficient. I would definitely use ATS again.
