| James Clark | Terrible experience. Two guys showed up at 5:45 p.m. Friday to fix my refrigerator; said they needed to order parts. Made out an invoice and requested service call fee of 65 home warranty company dispatched them, so I wrote a check to Aable Service Company. Told me the parts would be in in a couple days, and we agreed on a time the following Saturday to finish the work. Got up next morning and noticed the check had been cashed - thought that was kind of quick, so I looked online at the image of the check. Someone had forged my initials and changed the payee from the company to an individual! Tried to call the company on Monday and Tuesday during working hours but nobody responded. Needless to say, nobody showed up to finish the repairs, and I've been trying to call them to get my money back since. Even the home warranty company can't reach them. DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME !!! |
