michaeladiane . | Is it possible to give 0 stars? The saying "you get what you pay for" might have never been more appropriate. Raul from Aire Serv of San Tan Valley has a contract with the home warranty that came with my home at the time of purchase. I am assuming he doesn't get paid much through the warranty company because he has done a terrible job every. single. time. he has come to my home. The first two times he "cleared the drain lines" and said everything was good to go. As it turns out, the entire unit was faulty and leaking onto my floor creating mold in my subfloor and walls. 10,000 in repairs later the home warranty company sent him out to replace the interior portion of the unit. He installed a new air handler and all of the air conditioning was being funneled under my house because he left gaping holes in the duct work. He came back again and taped them up, applied glue and supposedly fixed everything the air flow was better to the house. Now winter has come and I turned on my heater, well I tried to.... it blows for about 3 minutes and trips the breaker every.single.time. so he clearly did something wrong with the wiring when installing the unit. I am so incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I cannot afford this headache. |
Caroline M. | Call the company directly for the best deals, as the marketing companies like Home Adviser charges a fee that gets passed on later to you. The owner is a class act. I will continue using them for my HVAC needs. |
