After a couple of calls to Grand Design, we called Jesse at MobilTech RV. Rather than just coming out to our RV an instant Service call charge , he recommended I call Norcold for a repair kit, which we did. Later we discovered the door was defective and Jesse ordered a new door. FEDEX not Jesse caused the door to not be delivered for approximately 14 days. I read the review above and I have to say, in the Quartzsite area FedEx has a really bad reputation. I would highly recommend MobilTech RV Repair. |
