Nathan came out did a fantastic job, I walked outside to check on him and see if he wanted something to drink I found him upside down inside the unit pulling out all the leafs that had fallen in, then chemically washed the coils, which I've seen company's that I've had out never even come close. I just wanted to say thank you to the service technician that went out to my parents house and did the tune up his name was Nate my parents said. See I've installed cameras all over the property just to be safe cause they are older. That being said I got to watch this gentleman actually do the tune up and then going inside there home and speaking to them like they were his family. It was great to see and hear and now they where not bring ripped off. To you Nate I thank you. I teach my kids the true Definition of ones character is defined by what they do when nobody is watching. You Nate are the reason why people still believe there are good company's around . He was very kind and professional. We were so satisfied with Eagle Air that we decided to sign on to the maintenance program.
