| Chris Connell | Came in to purchase a toilet, asked what the return policy is. Was told there isn't one even if it's defective out of the box and that if I installed and it didn't work it was because I didn't do it right nothing is ever defective out of the box. Then he says I can bring it back now I'm confused. Asked what he would do if I brought it back if it was defective he'll take care of it or send it to the manufacture for me? help me with parts? what? He raises his voice and insults me, I raise my voice neither of us are yelling. He gets visibly angry and threatens me physically and starts looking for something under the counter and tells me to leave. I turn to leave. Needless to say this guy has anger issues. He was either the owner or a manager. There are several other RV parts supply stores within a mile so I made my purchase with one of them asked them the same questions and got real answers. |
