Appliance Repair by Authorized Appliance Repair Company in Phoenix, Arizona

I am completely dis satisfied with the integrity and professionalism of this company and its technicians. Lowes sent this company out for washer repair a month ago. They ordered parts that may or may not solve my issue, the technician never took anything apart to verify. After 3 weeks they finally called to set up an appointment that the technician no called and no showed for. I missed work to be available which is an inconvenience. I tried to contact them for tye day of and for a solid week after. They do not answer their phone and there is no way to leave messages. I had to contact lowes directly and escalate the issue to a supervisor level. They are currently unwilling to do the repairs and are treating me like an inconvenience to them. There is no sense of urgency to satisfy my dissatisfaction with their performance and the time its taken them to address my issue.

I have nothing but excellent service from the receptionist to the gentleman who came out to work on our washer. I am very happy with them.

After 5 different trips my washer was still doing what they came to fix the first time. Lady answering the phone not the nicest. Finally after 2 months I called Lowe's to complain ,they sent out ge. It took only 1 trip and the washer is working great. I would never recommend this company . They want you to email hard to reach.
