| TyS55101 . | My experiences with this store has contained both the extremely inconvenient and the illegal. I started renting a couch to replace one I had to throw away, pay the initial fee and schedule the delivery for a few days afterwards asking if everything was set. I was told that everything was good for me to get the couch. On the day of my delivery I call ahead hours before my window and am told they are waiting on verification on my ID and I needed to bring it in. I go in and get that sorted then ask if my delivery will still be at the same time, I was told yes. I called 30 minutes before my delivery window was over and was told it was on the way. I called 3 more times with no call backs until I finally get it an hour after my window. When making my second payment I saw an extra charge on my bill and inquired about it and was told it it was a regular fee so I just ignored it. It turns out it was a fee I signed not to pay and they put it on there anyways. A fee I had no choice but to pay when paying my rent. I have never been a customer of a business with such clearly unethical and illegal actions. I will never rent from this location and possibly any location ever again. |
