| Rebecca Shaw | I just have to say with how rude some people are the store manager I think her name is NIchole, has a whole lot of patience she is very sweet and kind. While I was in the store making a payment the store manager had received a call from another customer who was clearly yelling at her. I know this because I myself could hear the customer threw the phone on the other side of the counter. As she was helping me as well as trying her best to help this other customer who would not even let her get another word in other wise. It was clear that Nichole was trying to help she was very patient in trying to explain something about a dryer. I give her kudos because if it was me trying to talk to whoever it was on the other line I would have yelled at them or hung up. Great customer service Nichole I commend you for not treating others how they treat you. |
