Lisa Rockhhold | I have had 4 appointments for repair on my refrigerator . The first time it went fair and was told it needed the cardboard cover on the back. That seemed odd that such a thing would cause the problem. Repair man was nice but I wasn't impressed as I felt he didn't check everything he could before that diagnosis. Well of course that didn't solve the problem. Next appointment he was a bit more thorough. He said it was the control board. My third appointment was a NO CALL NO SHOW! I cancelled an important appointment for this service call! My last service call was today, I received a call and the repair man asked if I received the part. I was confused why would I get the part delivered to me. I said no and he said he would find the part and call back. Well guess what? NO CALL NO SHOW! I am done! I have expressed how my food is going bad and how my freezer defrost and refreezes. This has been not only been sub-par service but no concern for my family's health safety.I am beyond disgusted! |

Came back on a Sunday W/needed part because there were no appointments available the following week and we had already been without air conditioning for over a week. Brandon was courteous, competent and very considerate. Would like to get him as a tech every time I need service under my Sears Protection Agreement! |
