| Richard Harris | Terribly Disappointed. They have a great feature online to book an appointment but they didn't even show up or call as they were supposed to. Took a day off of work, called customer service 3 times, they disconnected me twice then come to find that they wanted to schedule me for another day. Now I have to take another day off of work. Customer service was terrible and very difficult to understand. They did offer me a 20 dollar gift card but they can keep it. Will never use them again. |
