Appliance Repair by Sun Cities Appliance in El Mirage, Arizona

I have to say, in the last three years we have purchased used appliances here, we typically only buy new when it comes to anything electronic but when we bought a used stand up freezer from them it worked and still does work perfectly so then we decided when our fridge went out to go there again and lo and behold another great purchase. Then last week our dryer died, instead of just getting a new dryer we decided to see what they had, we bought a newer whirlpool duet washer and dryer, the heating element in the dryer broke and they were out to the house immediately with a new one. Becky is easy to work with and seems like she just wants to get you into the right appliance, we will always return there whenever we need any appliances.

Rudest call ever. I called just to see if they would take some appliances I have, but since my call had no interest to the lady who answered the call, she gave me the quickest ever “Alright, good bye,” and hung up before I could even intake the breath to ask another question. Won't be going there if I ever need an appliance for me or any of my friends. The second star is because the phone was at least answered quickly. Correction: taking the second star away after reading so many 1-star ratings.

Purchased 6 major appliances over the last 12 years. Becky has always been very helpful. These are used appliances. I've had a few initial issues. Becky responds quickly, repair people are always on time, if replacement parts are required, the parts arrive quickly and Becky follows up to be sure her repair folks get it fixed. I won't go to a retail store for appliances and pay a fortune when I can find what I want at SC Appliance for a quarter of the retail price. I'm frugal, not stupid.
