From the second they answered the phone to the moment the tech left the house i was constantly impressed with how things went. The person on the phone was very personable, not just taking down info and regurgitating a schedule, they were great. The tech was punctual and polite. He had a diagnosis and a repair suggestion and estimate for me in minutes. The repairs were fast, they had the parts on hand and they were even able to take a card payment on site. I'm glad our friend recommended them to us, and I will be doing the same to everyone else.

I am extremely satisfied with my repair request. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. I was so stressed out to come home to a non cooling refrigerator at 6:30pm. I had a positive experience with Dynamic Appliance Repair on a recent repair to my fridge. Everyone I spoke with in the office was helpful. The tech was knowledgeable. Originally they thought the part I needed would take 3-5 days to order in but they were able to find a supplier locally that had it so the tech was able to come back the next day to finish things up which was great. The price was reasonable and I liked that they were initially able to come out the same day I'd called them. I'd use them again.
