WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH, SORT REVIEWS BY LOWEST RATING FOR THE REAL TRUTH, I QUESTION THE OVERALL RATING. Waiting for parts much longer then they said it would be. The person who answered the phone was rude and sophomoric. Now says it will be two more weeks to get the part. He offered me the phone number to Frigidaire so I can complain to them. The guy said he'd call my home warranty company back and hung up on me. Many responses from them online say "Sorry" but they have the same people doing the same thing over and over. Truly the "SORRIEST" company ever. RESPONSE BY OWNER IS UNTRUE. They said it was being installed "today" which was yesterday and it was not. They scheduled the repair for today. We asked for an early appointment, they wouldn't schedule that so now we're still waiting...

Poor customer service. I have used Todd's appliance for repair in the past and in general, they have been pretty reasonable in their ability in their time frame for coming out to repair as well as their costs. The last few times that I have called them, they have unreasonably long waits for the technician appointment. When they give you an appointment, they will not give you a time frame until the night before your appointment. That means if you work, you have to keep your day completely open until the night before. I had to use them most recently for a washer repair. When they came out, they had to see if they could get the part. They told me it would take several days for them to investigate and told me not to call the office to check on it as the office had enough calls coming in. Several days after the appointment, they did call me to let me know that they part was discontinued and they would not be able to fix my appliance. I ordered a new washer and again, had to be given a day where I would have to keep the whole day open until the night before the scheduled delivery. The day before the delivery, late in the day, I was called and told that my washer could not be delivered because the driver had an emergency. They told me that they could deliver it the day after. My job requires individual client appointments. I had kept a whole day open for the delivery, which meant a loss of personal income and the next day was fully scheduled and I was unable to move those appointments. Todd's appliances would make no concession on giving me a time frame for their next available delivery. If I wanted the washer delivered, I had to again move a whole day of clients until the night before when they put their route together. I do understand an emergency and have no issues with that. My issue is that they do not seem to care at all about helping accommodate people when they have caused an imposition. They have become a big, busy company which has let their customer service totally slip. If I wanted to get the washer from Todd's, I would have had to wait another week and clear my work schedule until the day before their delivery. I think they could do a better job with their customer service and make allowances for people who have to work.
