I asked for a referral from my community Facebook group and was given the name of Gabriel's Appliance Repair. I called around 10am and spoke with Kathy. After we spoke for a little while and I told her what was going on, she asked for the make, model and serial numbers and proceeded to check and make sure that the company still made the parts I might need for repair. She said that she wouldn't want to send a repair guy out to fix something that couldn't be fixed and didn't want to waste my money on the call charge. She found the parts and said that she would try to have someone out today or tomorrow. I told her that tomorrow Saturday would be fine, even Monday. NOPE! The repair guy was at my house within TWO HOURS!!! I couldn't believe it!!! The price to fix my refrigerator was very fair! We are extremely happy with this company and their service and would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!! Gabriel's Appliance Repair, I can't thank you enough!!! |
| Paulina Glider | Nice people, seem honest, but service was slow. We dropped off a microwave for a simple fix but after a week they hadn't even called us to let us know the status. I finally called them and then it still took another 2 days to get it fixed. When we got it home we saw they hadn't put the outer cover on correctly so we had to take it back. They were apologetic and fixed it within a couple of hours. |
