| Lin H. | Jeff came to our house a couple weeks ago to check out the non-functioning ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator. After diagnosing the problem, he gave us the cost to fix it, but also informed us that many other people are reporting similar problems and that Samsung has still not come out with a reliable fix that he could, in good conscience, recommend. We really appreciated his honesty and opted not to repair it at this time esp. since the bottom ice maker still works.
