Mat-su Mechanical has the best costumer service I have seen in a long time. I had to do a call in after hours and the Kyle was super helpful and very reassuring in my time of need. This company will always get my business and I feel they are a company that puts costumers over anything else.

Mat Su Mechanical. Emailed through the website to get a competitive quote for a control board in the heater in my garage. No response. Followed up with a phone call. Girl on the phone said “Yeah, got your email thanks for letting me know but we're just waiting to hear back from our supplier on the cost before we can get you a quote. I'll give you a call either this evening or tomorrow and let you know what we'll charge. That was before the first of the year. Thought about calling them back a second time but, really, I just don't want to have to work that hard in order to give you hundreds of of my business.
