Can you rate in the minus? This is how I feel. Called on a Thursday and set up appt for Tuesday next week and was told he'd be there around 11 am on Tuesday. Never heard from him so I called day of appt. he told me it would be a couple hours before he could get to me. No problem but when I called again he acted like we never spoke and I said we just did earlier today. He asked to put me on hold and hung up. I figured by the time you became an adult lying was over. Not with Tim's appliance repair. So I called another appliance repair business and was told they will be out in the morning. Here's keeping my fingers crossed this not a trend.

Had oil praying on my clothes from my 4 yr. old Kenmore front load washing machine. Tim was honest enough to tell me to first check all my warranties to see if it was covered to save me Money. Additionally, Tim let me know upfront it would be a costly repair. He advised me to be cautious when purchasing new appliances, find out who does the service repairs if any and call that number to verify they really cover the product.. Valuable information.
